Unique first-time Poll
features Industry preferences
A unique first-time opinion poll was conducted by
SATTE on the eve of this year’s event. Cross
preferences were sought between hoteliers and tour
operators on their most preferred and most
professional counterparts. One segment voted on
the other. The result was an interesting one for
industry watchers. The awards were given away at
an impressive ceremony at the ITC Maurya Sheraton
on the concluding day.

executive, Hotels Division, ITC Ltd., was
recognised for his and his organisation’s
continued support to the spirit of SATTE, ever
since its inception. K.B. Kachru, country head,
Carlson Hospitality was honoured for the most
successful multi-brand development in the Indian
hospitality industry.

International giant
Samsung partnered SATTE for the second
consecutive year in an endeavour to recognize
excellence in the tourism and hospitality
industry. Ravi Zutshi, deputy managing director,
Samsung India gave away the trophies to the
awardees.
