INTACH-SATTE Honours Achievers in Heritage Tourism
INTACH, the premier NGO involved in the preservation and consolidation of heritage and culture in the country, has partnered SATTE over the last few years in honouring contributions to heritage tourism.

Past recipients have included the Maharaja of Jodhpur and the Maharaja of Udaipur for their hotels; Dwarika’s in Kathmandu and Kandalama in Sri Lanka; the Dominic family in Kerala and the Maharaja of Patiala for his initiative to revive the heritage of Kapurthala, Amritsar and Patiala through cultural festivals.

This year, INTACH partnered SATTE again to honour contributions that helped develop Indian heritage and culture through the tourism route. Chairman INTACH,
S.K. Misra gave away four such awards.
